Philadelphia Eagles Monday Morning Madness: Eagles Get It Done in Big D

Game Balls - DeSean Jackson, LeSean McCoy, Michael Vick

For the second time this season, we were treated to a feast of a game. The Eagles played the Cowboys just like they played the Giants earlier in the season. They used a combination of good playcalling and toughness to seal the win. Wait a minute. Did I just say good playcalling and toughness? Wow. It's been a while since I could say that.

Despite a few more three-and-outs than we're used to, the Eagles offense once again came up with the big plays that were needed. The DeSean Jackson touchdown pass and subsequent run (the huge one) was as clutch as you can get. His dive into the end zone was pretty cool too!

Defensively, the Eagles were impressive, although they looked very soft on a couple of plays such as the final Cowboys touchdown to Jason Witten. Nate Allen had a chance to absolutely destroy Witten but the Eagles drafted him for his coverage ability, not his hitting.
