Philadelphia Eagles Need To Put Shaun Hill on His Back on Sunday

Just like the Eagles, the Lions starting quarterback had to leave the game last week due to an injury. Matthew Stafford suffered a shoulder injury, so the Eagles will see his backup, Shaun Hill, this Sunday.
Hill didn’t bring a whole lot of excitement in relief of Stafford, finishing with a quarterback rating of 38.9 against the Bears. However, I don’t want to see the Eagles defense play down to him.
Against the Packers, the Eagles did a good job of getting in Aaron Rodgers’ face. They recorded three sacks on Rodgers and forced him to throw two interceptions. He was able to make some plays on the run, but it was nice to see the Eagles forcing him out of the pocket.
The defense needs to generate the same kind of pressure this weekend and make it a very unpleasant game for Hill. If they get in his face early, I can see the Eagles generating a lot of turnovers on Sunday.
