Pittsburgh Steelers’ Kevin Colbert Should Be Fired

In a move that has Steelers fans everywhere scratching their heads and yelling profanities while New York Jets fans rejoice, the Steelers traded away former first round pick and Super Bowl MVP Santonio Holmes to the New York Jets for a fifth round pick in this year's NFL Draft.
Talk had been surfacing the past week about a potential trade to the Miami Dolphins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers for a second or third round pick.
However, in perhaps one of the offseason's dumbest moves, the Steelers traded him for a fifth round pick.
That's right. You read correctly.
The Steelers traded a first rounder of Pro Bowl caliber to a team who made the AFC Championship game for a measly fifth round pick.
This all boils down to the GM of the Steelers since 2000, Kevin Colbert.
He and Bill Cower are largely credited for creating the team that won Super Bowl XL, yet it appears he now is helping the Jets do the same thing for this year.
