Prince Amukamara Injury: Updates on Jaguars CB’s Hamstring and Return

The Jacksonville Jaguars secondary will be a bit thinner in Week 2 against the San Diego Chargers, as cornerback Prince Amukamara was ruled out for the game.

According to Phillilp Heilman of the Florida Times-Union, Amukamara was listed on the injury report Monday with a hamstring ailment after playing the entirety of Week 1's loss to the Green Bay Packers.
Jacksonville signed the 27-year-old Nebraska alumnus during the offseason after he spent the first five years of his career with the New York Giants.
Amukamara is the Jags' nickelback behind outside starters Davon House and rookie Jalen Ramsey. Amukamara registered two tackles and one pass defended against Green Bay's high-octane offense in Week 1.
