This idea is a little bit different than most, but I hope it works out for everyone.
Now that JaMarcus Russell is gone, it's time for someone else to take the heat in Oakland.
Will the focus shift to the other former first round picks?
How about the veterans?
Will the Coaches be on the hot seat?
