Rebuilding the Steelers Image: Wholesale Changes Would Be Needed!

The Pittsburgh Steelers are in the middle of one of the most turbulent offseasons in the history of the team.
The "Good Guy" image that the Rooney family has developed over decades has been thrown into question like never before.
Sure, they have had issues in the past, most of which were delt with swiftly and harshly. Don't believe me? Ask Cedric Wilson.
Yes, there has been an occasional pass, James Harrison, but in most cases, prior to this year, players were not given much rope to "hang" themselves with.
With the second illegal accusations being brought against Ben Roethlisberger and Santonio Holmes, people are starting to wonder if the Rooney family is allowing players to get away with more, simply because of past performance on the field.
Now, I am not saying that this is something that the Steelers SHOULD do. As a matter of fact, I would not be happy if they did do what I am going to propose.
