Ronnie Brown Gets First-Round Tender from Dolphins

As many of you know, with the new rules this year, there are many more restricted free agents.  Ronnie Brown has just been tendered a first round pick.  If a team wants to sign Brown, Miami will have seven days to match the contract, or they get a first round pick.
The difference between a RFA (restricted free agent) and an UFA (unrestricted free agent), is the basis on which they are able to be signed.  
Restricted free agents are able to be signed, but the signing team has to give the original team a draft pick, that is, unless the original team matches the contract. Unrestricted free agents can be signed without giving any compensation to the original team.
The main questions in these situations are, how much interest will Brown draw from other teams? And if so, will Miami match the offer sheet?
