Roy Williams Needs A Fresh Start, How About The Cleveland Browns?

There has been a lot of talk amongst the fans that the Browns need a true veteran wide receiver presence on the team.
The most experienced wide receiver on the team is Chansi Stuckey, who is entering his fourth season. In 11 games with Cleveland last year, Stuckey had 19 receptions for 198 yards and one touchdown.
Of the other receivers on the Browns roster, Mohamed Massaquoi and Brian Robiskie just finished their rookie seasons and only Massaquoi showed real promise; Syndric Steptoe had a very public spat with head coach Eric Mangini after being put on injured reserve last year and Joshua Cribbs isn't a "feature" wide receiver.
The Browns also have Jake Allen, who is on the roster, and that's about all you can say about him because he's never recorded a professional statistic.
The Browns did draft one wide receiver, Carlton Mitchell, in last week's draft, but it remains to be seen what will happen with him since he was a sixth-round pick.
