Rumor : Terrell Owens To Cleveland, It’s Possible

Now that the 2010 NFL Draft has come and gone, the Cleveland Browns have positioned themselves to improve in areas of need such as the secondary, with the drafting of Joe Haden from Florida, T.J Ward out of Oregon and Larry Asante out of Nebraska, and on the defensive line, with Clifton Geathers out of South Carolina. 
Drafting former Tennessee RB Montario Hardesty, All-American QB Colt McCoy out of Texas and WR Carlton Mitchell out of South Florida all could go a long way towards putting points on the scoreboard and injecting some life into the Browns 32nd ranked anemic offense this year.
But one area which was not addressed in free agency or during the draft was signing a veteran WR.
Don't get me wrong, I can understand that the Browns may not be interested in trying to sign a restricted free agent such as San Diego WR Vincent Jackson or Cowboys WR Miles Austin, as either would cost the Browns a first round pick in 2011. How...
