Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett will declare for the 2011 NFL Draft, according to the school, and could be the best quarterback in this year's class with Andrew Luck staying at Stanford.
Mallett possesses good accuracy, arm strength and seems to be the one quarterback that is ready to step into the NFL right away.
There are plenty of teams that could use the former Arkansas standout, but who will be interested?
