San Diego Chargers WR Legedu Naanee Arrested for Public Intoxication

San Diego Chargers wide receiver Legedu Naanee was arrested in Indianapolis early Saturday morning and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.
According to police, the Chargers wide receiver crossed a taped-off area and walked into an active homicide investigation. Naanee was told by police to turn around or to go in another direction away from the crime scene.
Reports also state Naanee had a "strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on or his breath or person."
Police officers asked Naanee to leave the area numerous times and finally, after several unsuccessful attempts to not comply with officers requests and the use of profane language, he was told he was being placed under arrest.
Naanee then "actively began to pull away" from the officers after being informed he was under arrest. In order to subdue him, police officers used pepper spray and knee strikes, but Naanee continued to resist...
