Seahawks vs. Raiders: Score and Twitter Reaction from 2016 Preseason

In a wild battle of mostly backups, the Seattle Seahawks pulled out a 23-21 win over the Oakland Raiders in Week 4 of the preseason Thursday.
Of the 44 total points scored, 36 came in the fourth quarter.
It was a defensive battle early, with no touchdowns until the fourth quarter and 15 combined punts. The only scoring in the first half came when Oakland's defense forced a safety, giving the home team a 2-0 lead at halftime.
Cale Ramaker of KIRO 7 Seattle joked about the offensive struggles:
