Seattle Seahawks, Pete Carroll Interested in JaMarcus Russell?

JaMarcus Russell's future in the NFL is about as up-in-the-air as the current Collective Bargaining Agreement debacle going on between team owners and players.
The Oakland Raiders' No. 1 overall draft pick in 2007 turned out to be one of the biggest busts in NFL history, walking away from the team in 2009 with a reported $39 million after a contract holdout secured his pay.
It has been questioned as to whether or not Russell ever had any real intention of being a successful NFL QB. While he did show very brief moments of greatness during his three seasons as a pro, he mainly showed signs of being quite awful.
In just 31 games, Russell threw 23 interceptions, fumbled the ball 15 times and was sacked 70, making him hardly qualified for running a big-league offense.
With that said, would anyone be willing to give free agent Russell a second chance in the NFL? Even at the league minimum pay, he would be a huge risk.
