Shifting and Shaping: St. Louis Rams Release Veteran QB Marc Bulger

It didn't come as a surprise to read recently that the St. Louis Rams have released once star quarterback Marc Bulger.  On Tuesday the Associated Press announced that St. Louis were more or less making room for their number one draft pick come late April, and like a child making room for a new toy, Marc Bulger was the old timer put on the shelf.
Before I start discussing the possibility of St. Louis taking potential NFL star Sam Bradford in the Draft, I do feel it necessary to honor the career that Marc Bulger had with the St. Louis Rams. 
Growing up, Marc was the guy you thought of when the name St. Louis Rams was mentioned. Sure, his time with St. Louis only spanned an eight year period, but Marc was once a great quarterback that fit the mould quite nicely when the Rams were still a decent team.
