Sixth Rounder Charles Scott and Philadelphia Eagles Agree To Terms

The Philadelphia Eagles announced Wednesday morning that sixth round draft choice RB Charles Scott has agreed to a four-year contract.
He is the first of the 13 draft picks to come to terms with the Birds.
Scott was the 200th overall selection in this year's draft, and many feel the 5'11", 238-lb. back was a steal—signing him to a four-year deal proves that theory.
How many times in Eagle history have they signed a pick selected at the tail end of the draft to such a long-term deal?
The reason Scott dropped so far in the draft is simply because of a fractured right clavicle he suffered late in the 2009 season, causing him to miss the final four games of the season.
Up until that point he was rolling towards having another very productive year, as he garnered 542 rushing yards and four TDs before he suffered that injury.
That didn't stop the Eagles from seeing what kind of damage Scott is capable of when healthy.
