Super Bowl 2011: Aaron Rodgers and Nick Barnett Clear Up Mess
Super Bowl 2011: Aaron Rodgers played the part of good guy and bad guy in the span of a couple of days. He initially caught the ire of injured lineman Nick Barnett. Barnett took exception to the comment that Rodgers made about reserve and injured players.
The Packers quarterback felt that they should not feel entitled to being in the team photo as they hardly train and rehabilitate with the team. He insinuated they were less than teammates and more of a distant memory.
Rodgers learned very quickly that new items around the Super Bowl have legs like Devin Hester. Before you know it, they are gone.
The Packers quarterback made a leader type maneuver when he took the initiative and called Nick Barnett before the issues escalated.
