Get ready for a Super Bowl 50 matchup between the Carolina Panthers and the New England Patriots.
While there are still nearly three full weeks of the regular season to play along with three rounds of NFL playoffs, the Patriots and Panthers are favored to get to Levi's Stadium to decide the NFL championship February 7.
The Panthers are undefeated through their first 13 games and have three winnable games remaining against the New York Giants, Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Buccaneers left on their schedule. Going 16-0 in the regular season does not assure any team of a Super Bowl championship, and no team knows that better than the Patriots.
They accomplished that feat in 2007 and led through the majority of the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl, but they were denied by the Giants. Nevertheless, the Panthers are plus-375 co-favorites to get to the Super Bowl and win the game this year, according to Odds Shark.
