T.J. Lang Fined for Hit on Cornelius Washington: Latest Details and Comments

The NFL has fined Green Bay Packers offensive lineman T.J. Lang for an illegal block during the team's Week 15 win over the Chicago Bears.  
According to ESPN.com's Rob Demovsky, Lang was docked $24,309 for a blindside block on Bears defensive end Cornelius Washington. 
Lang was not called for a penalty on the play, which occurred late in the second quarter.
Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was scrambling out of the pocket when Washington was charging toward him and looking to prevent a big play from happening. Lang was left without anyone to block and noticed Chicago's defender making a beeline toward Rodgers before laying him out.
Washington finished the game for the Bears but is listed as questionable for Week 16 with a back injury. 
The 29-year-old Lang has started every game he has appeared in for the Packers since 2011 and ranks as the No. 22 offensive lineman in the NFL, per Sam Monson of Pro Football Focus:
