Tampa Bay Buccaneers Raheem Morris In Need of Realty Check?

Someone please tell Raheem Morris to stop it. Stop it right now, cease and desist.
Stop comparing his Tampa Bay Buccaneers to the Buccaneers of Tony Dungy back in 1996 and 1997 on into the year 2000.
These are not Tony Dungy's Buccaneers and Raheem only dreams that he had talent Dungy had.
Morris flat out needs a reality check.
You see, Dungy performed a miraculous turnaround after his first season, that 6-10 year. The Bucs went 10-6 in 1997 and the excitement was on.
So Raheem, you foresee that kind of turnaround in the fall?
Recently Morris offered this gem to Tampa Bay fans:
"I would say to them (the fans) you've got a chance to come and watch it all develop. You've got a chance to watch a team grow and develop just like we did from 1996-2002 and eventually become the dominant powerhouse that you hope to get to be."
Zowie!
So basically, are Tampa Bay fans doomed to watch some sort of "developmental" team?
Sure sounds that way.
