Tennessee Titans: Choice for Bud Adams, Quarterback or Coach

It would appear that Tennessee Titans owner Bud Adams is going to have a choice to make this offseason.
The choice is one that owners have been making since the beginning of the NFL.  Does he keep his long tenured head coach that has a record of 141-115 or his young franchise quarterback who is 26-14 but still needs to grow-up?
I would appear after yesterday's loss to the Washington Redskins in overtime that the rift between quarterback Vince Young and head coach Jeff Fisher is irreparable.
After being injured in the third quarter Young apparently wanted to come back into the game and when Fisher either told him directly or through another coach that it wasn't going to happen, Young didn't take it too well.
According to Titans beat writer Jim Wyatt, Young in frustration tossed his jersey and shoulder pads into the stands while leaving the field, while Fisher was addressing the team Young was muttering under his breath and when Fisher told Young not to quit on h...
