Terrell Owens and Cincinnati Bengals: “It’s up to You To Sign”

When Drew Rosenhaus says one of his players is getting ready to be signed, you better believe him. Last week that is what Drew said about wide receiver Terrell Owens who spent last season with the Buffalo Bills.
Shortly after that came out, news was released that the St. Louis Rams and Cincinnati Bengals were preparing to make offers to Owens. Since then the Rams have decided against signing Owens while the Bengals' interest has increased.
Bengals president Mike Brown said the team has "shown interest in him and it is up to him if he wants to sign." He also went on to say that quarterback Carson Palmer who's been working out with Owens in California reported that the wide receiver can "still run," this all according to espn.com.
So what would Owens bring to the Bengals? Well, he's caught over 1,000 passes in his career, has 144 career touchdowns and 14,951 career reception yards.
