Terrell Owens Probably Not Going to New York Giants or Jets

Let's just say that I think we can rule both New York teams out of the running for Terrell Owens this summer.
For someone who demands the football as much as Owens has in the past, neither the Giants nor the Jets would be able to satiate his needs.
That is because both offenses now have plenty of mouths to feed during the course of the season.
I do not think Eli Manning or Mark Sanchez are complaining about it much, though.
For the Giants, Steve Smith has ascended to the undisputed No. 1 wide receiver role, replacing the vacancy left when Plaxico Burress landed in jail after the Giants' Super Bowl win.
Meanwhile, Mario Manningham—a popular waiver wire add early last season—and Hakeem Nicks—a popular waiver wire add during the middle of last season—are battling it out for the No. 2 job .
Between those three, Ramses Barden (the other rookie the Giants drafted in 2009) and Kevin Boss, Manning has a lot of options. No...
