Terrell Owens Speaks: Who He Blames for the Cincinnati Bengals’ Bad Season

When the 2010 season started, many thought that Terrell Owens would be a distraction and do more bad than good. There were also playoff expectations for the 2010 squad.
Neither have been a reality so far.
That was until last night, and no, the Bengals have not magically gotten nine wins credited to their season, but T.O has finally opened his mouth.
Owens made his statement last night on the T.Ocho show. When his sidekick, Ochocinco, asked him why he thought the team was 2-11, here is what he said:
"I think there's underachieving from the top down," Owens said. "You start with the owner, you start with the coaches. And obviously we as players, we are a product of what the coaches are coaching us throughout the course of the week.
"Of course, we have to go out there and play the game. But in order for us to do what we're allowed to do at the best of our abilities, the coaches have to put the players in the best position."
