Terrell Suggs to Matt Schaub After Another Poor Throw: Your Guys Are in Purple

Baltimore Ravens backup quarterback Matt Schaub has struggled with interceptions early in training camp, as Jon Meoli reported for the Baltimore Sun on Thursday:
Schaub has been picked off several times in camp, including one on the opening play of a two-minute drive Wednesday by reserve defensive back Quinton Pointer. He has was intercepted by rookie Nick Perry on a deep pass into triple coverage Monday, and earlier in camp threw an interception that inside linebacker Arthur Brown returned for a touchdown.
Ravens coach John Harbaugh was quick to defend quarterback Joe Flacco’s understudy, noting that Schaub also impressed at times during the practice sessions.
"I’m going to defend Matt a little bit, because Matt had some unbelievable throws out here today," Harbaugh said, per Meoli. "Matt had a good day today, but there are going to be interceptions."
