The Philadelphia Eagles’ Draft: Don’t Believe It

The Eagles draft a bunch of defensive players and I’m supposed to believe things are going to change?
Whenever you’re done wearing the midnight green sunglasses let me know, cause I would love to slip into the delusional world you live in.
There is no way I am going to believe that Brandon Graham, Nate Allen or any other rookie will provide enough of an impact to turn our defense around. I simply won’t buy it, and I don’t get why anyone would.
Andy Reid has drafted 82 players since 1999, not including this year, and only 7 defensive players have emerged to make any kind of significance impact to this team. That’s less than 10 percent for those who haven’t earned their GED.
This means we will be lucky to find a player in this year’s draft that will help us out on the defensive side of the ball. Actually, I will step out a limb and say none of them will help us out defensively.
