The Playoffs Haven’t Even Started and the Skins Are into the Off-Season

Well now that the regular season—and the Redskin's season—is over, Dan Snyder's real championship begins.
Already he's made a big splash (though expected) and has signed coach Mike Shanahan to try and steer the ship back on a championship course.
With Shanahan we can expect his son to come in to help run the offense, which I am fine with.  It's not like this will be his son's first time doing this.  He is currently the offensive coordinator in Houston after all. 
Also, the Redskins can expect to have a completely new defensive staff.
Now the question comes, what to do with the players?
First off, if this team is serious about rebuilding they need to cut the fat where they can.  If they can trade away or just dump a high-salary, low-producing player <cough, Randal El>, then they need to do so.
There is a knee jerk reaction for this team to draft a quarterback, which may or may not be the best course of action.  I think Shanahan needs to fair...
