Tim Tebow Denies Report He’s Speaking at Donald Trump’s Republican Convention

Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow denied reports he is scheduled to speak at the Republican National Convention, which begins in Cleveland on July 21:
A previous report from Jeremy W. Peters of the New York Times stated Tebow would speak for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. 
Tebow would reportedly have joined UFC President Dana White, who is set to speak at the convention on July 19, and LPGA golfer Natalie Gulbis, who is slated for July 20.
The 28-year-old Heisman Trophy winner is well-known for his Christian faith and conservative values. Interestingly, Tebow wasn't the first former NFL player the Trump campaign approached.
According to Kim Janssen of the Chicago Tribune, Hall of Fame tight end and former Chicago Bears Super Bowl-winning head coach Mike Ditka turned down an invitation to say a few words but did express support for Trump.
