Tim Tebow Will Benefit from Reunion with Josh McDaniels

For Tim Tebow to get another legitimate shot at being an NFL quarterback, he needed to play for a coaching staff who believes in him.
By being reunited with former Denver Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels, that's exactly what has happened for Tebow.
When McDaniels drafted Tebow with the 25th pick in the first round of the 2010 NFL draft, many people called him crazy. Pete Prisco of CBS Sports said McDaniels "could kiss his job goodbye" with the selection and other decisions.
As we know, McDaniels did get fired, but saying that drafting Tebow was a major reason for his dismissal isn't completely accurate. The Broncos struggled to an 11-17 record under McDaniels more because of who the team traded (Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall and Tony Scheffler) rather than anything to do with Tebow.
Those dismissals could be attributed to McDaniels' alleged distaste for the trio's personalities, as Prisco eludes to in his article.
