Titans vs. Rams Preseason: Wrapping It Up; Rams Pull off Last Minute Win 17-16

The Rams left a lot to be desired tonight, while the Titans just (very slightly) strengthened their leverage in the negotiations with running back Chris Johnson, who is holding out of training camp in a contract dispute. 
Football games are won in the trenches, and the trenches were Rams weakest link tonight.
Whether it was Adam Goldberg being knocked backwards like a rag doll to allow a sack, or backup running backs racking up over 80 yards in the first-quarter, the Rams were terrible up front.
Coach Steve Spagnuolo and the Rams will have plenty to work on this week at practice as they prepare for the Kansas City Chiefs next week for the third preseason game. The Chiefs had the top ranked rushing offense in the NFL in 2010, so the Rams need to make some tweaks if they want to avoid embarrassment. 
However, the 83-yard touchdown reception by Rams receiver Brandon Gibson on the first offensive play of the game was certainly a positive.
