Updated Percy Harvin Fantasy Outlook, Waiver-Wire Priority and Trade Value

After a week where a handful of fantasy football stars went down with significant injuries, fantasy owners could use some good news.
Where Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Percy Harvin is concerned, it appears they're about to get some.
As Clare Farnsworth of the team's official website reports, the fifth-year pro has been cleared to return to practice for the first time since a hip injury that required surgery back in August.
Harvin, who was acquired by the Seahawks in an offseason trade with the Minnesota Vikings, has yet to play a down with Seattle, but Dave Richard of CBS Sports passed along word that Harvin could make his season debut against the St. Louis Rams Monday night:
Even if Harvin does make his 2013 debut against the Rams, it's hard to see him as more than a risky WR3 in Week 8. As talented as Harvin may be, it's been nearly three months since he saw the practice field, and he's seen zero game action this year.
