Vernon Davis’ Fantasy Trade Value, Updated Outlook Heading into Week 3

Vernon Davis was a fantasy football dud last weekend against the Seattle Seahawks, but he could be primed for a huge rebound performance in Week 3 against the Indianapolis Colts. 
The talented tight end was shut down for the most part on Sunday Night Football, catching just three passes for 20 yards and zero touchdowns. 
Making matters worse, Davis left the game with a sore hamstring, as noted by Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area:
The team called it a "strain" after the game on Sunday night, per Maiocco, and as of Monday, the team didn't yet know the extent of his injury.
For many fantasy football owners expecting a repeat of his two-touchdown performance in Week 1, the sudden lack of production was startling, to say the least. 
But it shouldn't have shocked anyone. He's caught just 13 passes in the last four contests against Seattle (including last week), failing to catch a single touchdown in those games.
