Vince Young Will Not Be a Tennessee Titan Next Year

The Tennessee Titans have announced they will trade or release Vince Young this offseason. This is not necessarily a sign they are keeping Jeff Fisher, because they haven't finished evaluating him.
With Young gone, the chances of Fisher staying in Tennessee will be higher, but who will be the quarterback next year for the Titans? Andrew Luck would be great, but the chances of him still being on the board when the Titans pick eighth in April is very low.
The Titans may take Blaine Gabbert in the top 10, but that may be a stretch. At this point, it is hard to tell who will be the Titans' quarterback next season.
Some Titans fans rejoice at this news, others will be devastated, and the same will be true whether Fisher is kept for next season or not.
Vince Young will have a few different places he could be traded, one of which may be the Raiders as Jason Campbell didn't meet expectations and as everyone knows, Al Davis is kind of crazy sometimes.
