Vincent Brown to Saints: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

The New Orleans Saints have signed wide receiver Vincent Brown, the team confirmed on Monday.
Adam Caplan of ESPN and Evan Woodbery of NOLA.com first reported the move.
Brown, 27, worked out for the Saints last week, per Caplan. He appeared in just one game for the San Diego Chargers last season, registering one catch for 22 yards. 
He flashed upside in his first stint with the Chargers, catching 19 passes for 329 yards and two touchdowns in his 2011 rookie season after being a third-round pick by the team that year. But he's never been quite the same after breaking his ankle in 2012, and his most productive season was a lackluster 2013, when he registered 41 receptions for 472 yards and a score.  

The Chargers waived him with an injury settlement in September 2014.
He's since bounced around the NFL, spending a season with the Oakland Raiders in 2014 before signing with the Indianapolis Colts in the 2015 offseason. Indy cut&nbs...
