Wade Phillips Fired: Could This Be The End For Cowboys Head Coach?

Wade Phillips, head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, was not seen at the Cowboys' practice facilities today as of 9:00 a.m.
Does this mean that Phillips has been let go?
The Dallas Cowboys have had a disastrous season so far, losing their seventh game of the season last night to the Green Bay Packers. The 'Boys lost star quarterback Tony Romo when they played the New York Giants, and their only victory of the season came in Week 3 against the Houston Texans.
So is Phillips the one to blame for the Cowboys' shortcomings?
According to ESPN, owner Jerry Jones usually meets with coaches on Monday mornings to review film, but Phillips' SUV has yet to be spotted at the Cowboys' facilities.
Jones had this to say about the lack-luster season:
"There are a lot of people here who are certainly going to suffer and suffer consequences," Jones said after the game. "I'm talking about within the team, players, coaches, who have got careers. This is certainly a setback. I ...
