Where To Turn: Jay Cutler Passes on T.O, Dwindling Terrell Owens’ Options

The clock continues to tick on Terrell Owens.
As the future Hall Of Famer looks for a team in 2010, we can add the Chicago Bears as a team that will not be interested in his services.
Bears quarterback Jay Cutler once again expressed his interest in his curious group of receivers, and though he thinks Owens can be a good contributor, he feels it's better to stick with the current core.
"Good guy, but I'm still gonna stay where we are receiver-wise and say we're good."
Many reports linked Owens to Chicago, as he was spotted with Cutler and tight end Greg Olsen.
Ouch. Owens was dismissed by the Bears, a team where the receiving corp was one of the weakest parts of the team.
Sure, they are young, and most likely will improve, but it wouldn't have hurt for them to bring in a veteran guy who would likely get 1000-plus yards receiving and around 8-12 TDs as an old vet.
