Will Tennessee Titans Right the Ship in 2011 and Find Their Future QB?

The Titans have parted ways with Jeff Fisher and started a new era with new head coach Mike Munchak. Most people close to Munchak will tell you he is perfect for the task at hand and is a leader among men.
The same cannot be said about former starting QB Vince Young. His immaturity came to a head last season, causing an apparent feud between he and Coach Fisher.
I never questioned Young's heart or his ability to win through adversity, but when you are immature and lack the leadership qualities needed to carry your team into the postseason and beyond, something's got to give.
VY's accuracy and awkward throwing motion were hard to stomach during his stint with the Titans. It was only a matter of time before a change was made. Trying to change Young's throwing motion may have resulted in a less accurate result.
With the failures of Vince Young and Kerry Collins not considered the starter, mainly due to his age, it's time for the Titans to start from scratch.
