Will the Philadelphia Eagles Be Contacting QB Jeff Garcia’s Agent?

Philadelphia Eagles backup QB Michael Vick was, or wasn't, involved in an altercation in the early hours last Friday, that much we all know. We also know that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell could enforce a multiple-game suspension on Vick for violating league policies.
Vick made the right move and decided to leave his birthday celebration before any shooting took place, but he could still face infractions simply for making the NFL look bad because he was "involved" in a negative occurrence.
What the Philadelphia Eagles front office and the fans don't know is if Vick does get suspened, who will be the backup to QB Kevin Kolb?
Would the Eagles look to rookie QB Mike Kafka, who was drafted in the fourth round (122nd overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft, or will they explore available options not currently on the roster?
I would imagine the Eagles would look to a more proven QB to be Kolb's backup if he should go down for an extended period of time.
