Winning 11th Game Matters as Jets Prepare for Playoff Run

Winning on Sunday matters.
For the New York Jets who have stumbled and spiraled in the month of December need a win to get this train on the right track before they travel to Kansas City to face the Chiefs in all probablity come the wildcard round of the AFC playoffs.
Currently 10-5, the Jets have lost to the New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins and Chicago Bears after starting the season 9-2.
To lose four of the last five would have the Jets limping into the playoffs with little or no confidence to win on the road in a hostile environment like Arrowhead Stadium.
An 11th victory would confirm the Jets belong as most 11-win teams earn a playoff berth.
To finish 10-6 would confirm what many expect already -- that the New York Jets are no better than they were a year ago and in the opinion of others worse than the 2009 version!
With no pass rush, a diminished running game and unreliable kicking, the Jets are hardly a marked improvement over last yea...
